Affiliation Contract: governed by Italian Law 129/2004 (Norme per la disciplina dell'affiliazione commerciale), which regulates minimum duration, withdrawal clause, transfer of know-how, exclusive territory, entry fee and royalties.
CAF Services: operated in convention with an authorized national CAF.
Patronato Services: delivered via an INPS-recognized Patronato Institution under Law 152/2001.
CAF and Patronato are restricted activities under Italian law and cannot be self-conducted by an unaffiliated office. By affiliating with ATYS, your office delivers both services to the public while the convention partner carries the regulatory responsibility, the audit exposure, and the software credentialing. You keep the client relationship; the partner keeps the compliance file.
